Voice Guide Operation Check

1. Turn ignition switch to ACC position.
2. Insert the music CD into the radio and CD player.
3. Try to play the music CD.

   Is the sound emitted from all speakers? 

Yes or No 

1. Yes : GO TO 2.
2. No: Repair or replace audio system. Refer to "AUDIO", WASHER NOZZLE ADJUSTMENT .

1. Disconnect AUDIO unit connector.
2. Push "VOICE" button.
3. Check voltage between AUDIO unit harness connector terminal 28 and ground.

OK or NG 

1. OK: GO TO 3.
2. NG: Repair or replace harness or NAVI control unit.

1. Push "VOICE" button.
2. Check voltage between NAVI control unit harness connector M118 terminal 30 (G/Y) or 31 (OR/L) and ground.

OK or NG 

1. OK: GO TO 4.
2. NG: Repair or replace NAVI control unit.

1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect NAVI control unit connector and AUDIO unit connector.
3. Check continuity between NAVI control unit harness connector M118 terminal 30 (G/Y) and AUDIO unit harness connector M139 terminal 36 (G/Y).
4. Check continuity between NAVI control unit harness connector M118 terminal 31 (OR/L) and AUDIO unit harness connector M139 terminal 34 (OR/L).

Yes or No 

1. Yes : Repair or replace audio system.

   Refer to "AUDIO", WASHER NOZZLE ADJUSTMENT .

2. No: Repair or replace harness or connector.
