CONSULT-II Setting Procedure

For details, refer to the separate "CONSULT-II Operation Manual".

Turn ignition switch "OFF".
Connect CONSULT-II and CONSULT-II CONVERTER to data link connector, which is located in instrument lower panel on driver side.

Turn ignition switch "ON".
Touch "START".

Touch "A/T".
If "A/T" is not indicated, go to "CONSULT-II DATA LINK CONNECTOR (DLC) CIRCUIT ".

Touch "DTC WORK SUPPORT".

Touch select item menu.

Touch "START".

Perform driving test according to "DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE" in "TROUBLE DIAGNOSIS FOR DTC".

- When testing conditions are satisfied, CONSULT-II screen changes from "OUT OF CONDITION" to "TESTING".

Stop vehicle. If "NG" appears on the screen, malfunction may exist. Go to "DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE ".
Perform test drive to check gear shift feeling in accordance with instructions displayed.
Touch "YES" or "NO".
CONSULT-II procedure is ended.

If "NG" appears on the screen, a malfunction may exist. Go to "DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE ".
