Coil Spring And Strut Assembly: Disassembly

Clamp strut in vise. Loosen piston rod lock nut. Do not remove nut at this time. Compress coil spring with a suitable spring compressor. Remove piston rod lock nut when strut mounting insulator can be turned by hand. Remove coil spring.
