"Sleep" control prevents unnecessary power consumption. After the following conditions are met, the BCM suspends the communication between itself and all LCUs. The whole IVMS is set in the "sleep" mode.

• Ignition switch "OFF"
• All electrical loads (in the IVMS) "OFF"
• Timer "OFF"
