Remove tether anchor plate cover. Refer to SIDE AND FLOOR TRIM in BODY & TRIM -- EXTERIOR & INTERIOR - I35 article for details.
Remove tether anchor plate.

NOTE:

To install, reverse the removal procedure sequence.
