Diagnostic Procedure

  1. Turn ignition off. Remove air intake duct. Check for foreign matter between throttle valve and throttle housing. If foreign matter is found, remove foreign matter and clean throttle housing. If foreign matter is not found, go to next step.
  2. Replace electric throttle control actuator. Perform throttle valve closed position learning and idle air volume learning. See PROGRAMMING  .
