1. Check Throttle Control Motor Relay Power Supply

Turn ignition switch OFF
Disconnect throttle control motor relay harness connector.

Check voltage between throttle control motor relay terminals 2, 3 and ground with CONSULT-II or tester.
1. Voltage: Battery voltage

OK or NG

OK : GO TO 3.

NG : GO TO 2.
