Fuel Warning Indicator Sensor

Remove fuel gauge sending unit from fuel tank. Check continuity between fuel gauge sending unit terminals No. 1 and 4. See Figure . From float arm in resting position (empty) through first 1/4 of float arm travel, continuity should exist. If continuity is not as specified, replace fuel gauge sending unit assembly.
