Ignition Key Warning Chime

Power is supplied at all times

• through 10A fuse [No. [28], located in the fuse block (J/B)]
• to key switch terminal (3).
• through 10A fuse [No. [12], located in the fuse block (J/B)]
• to warning chime terminal (1).

  With the ignition switch in the ON or START position, power is supplied

• through 7.5A fuse [No. [32], located in the fuse block (J/B)]
• to BCM terminal (68).

Ground is supplied to BCM terminal (32) through driver side door switch terminal (1) when driver side switch is in OPEN position.

With the key in the ignition key cylinder, the ignition switch in the ACC or OFF position, and the driver's door open, ground is supplied to warning chime terminal (3) from BCM terminal (12). The warning chime will then sound.
