Checking Idle Switch Circuit

Using voltmeter, backprobe TCM connector. See Figure. Measure voltage between ground and terminal No. 16 while depressing accelerator slowly. See Figure. When depressing accelerator pedal to wide open throttle, one volt or less should be present. When accelerator pedal is released, 8-15 volts should be present.
