Accelerator Cable
CAUTION:
DO NOT twist or scratch cable wire during adjustment procedure.
Loosen accelerator cable lock nut and adjusting nut. See Fig 1 . Tighten accelerator cable adjusting nut until throttle drum starts to move. Back off adjusting nut 1 1/2-2 turns, and tighten lock nut to 69-96 INCH lbs. (8-11 N.m).
