KICKDOWN Switch
- Adjust accelerator cable by tightening adjusting nut until throttle drum moves. See Fig 1 . Turn adjusting nut back 1 1/2 - 2 turns and tighten lock nut to 71-89 INCH lbs. (8-10 N.m).
- Adjust clearance between stopper rubber and end of kickdown switch threads (distance "C") to .012-.039" (.3-1.0 mm), while pressing accelerator pedal fully.
