Removal And Installation

  1. Disconnect the battery (-) terminal (A).
  2. Remove the engine cover.

    (Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "ENGINE COVER ")

  3. Remove the ignition coil.

    (Refer to Engine Electrical System - "IGNITION COIL ")

  4. Using a spark plug wrench, remove the spark plugs (A).

    Tightening torque  :

    14.7 - 24.5 N.m (1.5 - 2.5 kgf.m, 10.8 - 18.1 Ib-ft)

    CAUTION:
    • Be careful that no contaminants enter into spark plug holes.
  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
