DTC Description

B100855 is displayed when the vehicle with the motor-driven power steering system installed does not have a motor-driven power steering system and is coded as a variant.
The instrument panel unit determines whether the motor-driven power steering module is installed through the vehicle's CAN-BUS. DTC is generated when the motor-driven power steering module is installed or not and the variant-coded specification information from the equipment is different.
If this code is displayed, GDS "CLU "Vehicle S/W Management" → Execute "CLU Variant Coding" to set the system specifications installed in the vehicle. It is cleared when programming is normally performed.
