Repair Procedures: Removal
- Remove the fuel pump.
(Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "FUEL PUMP ")
- Disconnect the fuel pump motor connector (A), and the fuel sender connector (B).
- Press the fixing hook (A) with a driver and then remove fuel sender (B) in the arrow direction.
- Remove the fuel feed tube (B) after removing the fix clip (A).
- Remove the head assembly (B) after removing the fix hooks (A).
- Remove the reservior-cup (B) after releasing the fixing hooks (A).
- Disconnect the fuel pump motor connector (A).
- Disconnect the ground cable (B).
- Remove the snap pin (A), and then remove the fuel pressure regulator (B).
- Remove the pre-filter (B) after releasing the fixing hooks (A).
- Remove the fuel pump motor (A) in the arrow direction.
