Intelligent Front-lighting System: Installation

  1. Install the integrated led control unit (ILCU) after connecting the ILCU connector.
  2. Install the head lamp assembly.
  3. Install the front bumper cover.
  4. Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  5. Keep the IG on while the car is stopped, confirm the location of the gear stick is on 'N' and engage the parking brake on a flat area.
  6. Connect the cable of diagnostic tool to the data link connector in driver side crash pad lower panel.
  7. Select the 'S/W Management' and 'Car model'.

  8. Select the 'Integrated Led head lamp control Unit' and 'Variant Coding'.

  9. Select the 'Calibration'.
    • The surface where the car is placed on should be flat.
    • The car should be in an "unloaded situation"

  10. Readjust the headlamp aiming.
