Repair Procedures: Reassembly
- Install the insulator, spring pad, coil spring and dust cover from the strut assembly.
- Compress and extend the coil spring (A) and check that there is no abnormal resistance or unusual sound during operation.
- Using the special tool (09546-3X100), install the self locking nut.NOTE:
- Do not reuse the self locking nut.
Tightening torque:
68.6 - 78.5 N.m (7.0 - 8.0 kgf.m, 50.6 - 57.9 lb-ft)
