Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Remove the heater & A/C control unit (FATC). (Refer to Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning - "HEATER & A/C CONTROL UNIT (FATC) ")
  3. Remove the crash pad center lower cover [RH] (A).

  4. Remove the center Fascia lower panel (A) after loosen the screw.

  5. Disconnect the ECS control unit connector (A).

  6. Remove the ECS control unit (A) after loosen the mounting nut and bolts.
