DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Main Action
  • CKP signal voltage is 0V while camshaft rotation is detected
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Open or short in signal circuit
  3. CKPS
Prerequisite Condition
  • Ignition switch is turned 'OFF'.
  • CMP sensor related error (P034100/P036600/P034000/P036500) is detected.
  • Vehicle speed is between 0.97Kph (0.6 Mph) and 25.75Kph (16 Mph).
  • Engine speed is lower than 350 RPM.
Threshold Value
  • Counter of CKP signal number per camshaft rev is greater than 6 times.
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuously
MIL On Condition
  • 3 Driving Cycle
