Removal And Installation
- Remove the rear wheel and tire (A) from rear hub.
Tightening torque:
88.3 ~ 107.9 N.m (9.0 ~ 11.0 kgf.m, 65.1 ~ 79.6 lb-ft)
NOTE:- Be careful not to damage to the hub bolts when removing the rear wheel and tire (A).
- Disconnect the rear wheel speed sensor connector (A). [2WD only]
- Remove the wheel speed sensor cable bracket (B). [4WD only]
Tightening torque:
6.9 ~ 10.8 N.m (0.7 ~ 1.1 kgf.m, 5.1 ~ 8.0 lb-ft)
- Remove the rear wheel speed sensor mounting bolt (A). [4WD only]
Tightening torque:
6.9 ~ 10.8 N.m (0.7 ~ 1.1 kgf.m, 5.1 ~ 7.6 lb-ft)
- Loosen the trailing arm mounting nuts (A), and then remove the trailing arm.
Tightening torque:
98.1 ~ 117.7 N.m (10.0 ~ 12.0 kgf.m, 72.3 ~ 86.6 lb-ft)
[2WD]
[4WD]
- Remove the wheel speed sensor cable by loosening the bolt (A).
Tightening torque:
8.8 ~ 13.7 N.m (0.9 ~ 1.4 kgf.m, 6.5 ~ 10.1 lb-ft)
- Remove the wheel speed sensor cable bracket bolt (A).
Tightening torque:
19.6 ~ 29.4 N.m (2.0 ~ 3.0 kgf.m, 14.5 ~ 21.7 lb-ft)
- Remove the Luggage side trim.
(Refer to Body - "TRUNK TRIM ")
- Disconnect the rear wheel speed sensor connector and then remove the rear wheel speed sensor.
- Installation is the reverse of removal.
