- Vehicle speed is slower than 60 km/h (37.28 MPH)
- Gas Pedal value is less than 0.01% (Pedal is not pushed at all)
- Ignition efficiency set point for Catalyst heating is lower than or equal to 0.8
- 5 sec. of accumulated diagnostic time
