Repair Procedures: Replacement

NOTE:
- Wear gloves to protect hands from injury.
- Take care not to scratch the body surface.
- Remove the tailgate lower trim. (Refer to tailgate - "TAILGATE TRIM ")
- Press the lock pin and separate the rear view camera connector (A).
- Loosen the mounting nuts and remove the tailgate back panel (A).
- To install, reverse removal procedure.
Information
- Make sure the tailgate locks and opens properly and locks securely.
- Replace any damaged clips.
