Repair Procedures: Installation

NOTE:

Do not reuse injector fixing clip.
Install the component to the specified torque.
Do not use a part dropped on the ground. It may have been damaged.
Apply engine oil to the injector O-ring.
Do not reuse injector 0-ring.
Do not reuse bolts.
When insert the injector, be careful not to damage the injector tip.

NOTE:

Use the special service tool [SST No.: OK353-F6100] to install the high pressure fuel pipe and cross over pipe.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
