Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the crash pad air vent [RH].

    (Refer to Body - "CRASH PAD AIR VENT ")

  3. Remove the crash pad lower garnish [LH].

    (Refer to Body - "CRASH PAD GARNISH ")

  4. Remove the front center fascia panel (A).

  5. Disconnect the rear occupant alert connector (A).

  6. Remove the AVN head unit (A) after loosening mounting screws.

  7. Disconnect the AVN head unit connectors (A).
