Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Turn the ignition switch OFF, and then disconnect the battery nagative (-) terminal.
  2. Lift the vehicle.
  3. Disconnect the canister close valve connector (A).

  4. Disconnect the vent hose (A).
  5. Loosen the fuel tank air filter mounting bolt (B).

  6. Lifting the fixed part (A) and then rotating fuel tank air filter (B) 30 degrees in the direction of the clockwise.

  7. Remove the canister close valve (A) by rotating it 30 degrees.
