DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Voltage Monitoring
  1. External electric noise
  2. Faulty HECU
Monitoring Period
  • Continuously on driving
Enable Conditions
  • In case of normal status, no braking input, no motor operation and no low voltage, the system detects a fault if filtered input values of sensor keep over ±15 bar for 2 seconds.

    * The offset within ±15 bar is compensated.
Fail Safe
  • Inhibit the ABS/ESP (ESC) control and allow the ABS/EBD control
  • The ABS/ESP (ESC) warning lamps are activated
