Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Remove the floor console.

    (Refer to FLOOR CONSOLE )

  2. Remove the air duct.
  3. Disconnect sports mode connector (A).

  4. Disconnect the shift cable (A).

  5. Remove the shift lever assembly (A) by removing the bolts (C-4 ea).

    Tightening torque: 

    8.8 - 13.7 N.m (0.9 - 1.4 kgf.m, 6.5 - 10.1 lb-ft)
