- Vehicle speed = 0 mph
- Coolant temperature at start is between 13.1°F and 86°F
- Intake air temperature is higher than 13.1°F.
- Engine is running (idle).
- Cold Start Catalyst Light Off active

Case 1 |
- Desired engine speed is over 100 RPM greater than actual engine speed or Actual Idle torque is 10 Nm higher than Idle torque

| Case 2 |
- Desired engine speed is over 200 RPM lower than actual engine speed or Actual Idle torque is 20 Nm lower than Idle torque

| Case 3 |
- Fuel cut-off is higher than 3 times
