Component Inspection

■ Check Fuel Pump Relay 

1. Connect GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. IG KEY "ON" & ENG "OFF"
3. Perform "Actuation Test" for Fuel Pump Relay.
4. Does the Fuel Pump Relay work normally? (Check clicking sound)

   YES 

   • Substitute with a known-good ECU and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace ECU and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

   NO 

   • Substitute with a known-good EMS Box and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace EMS Box and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
