Repair procedures: Removal

  1. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad center garnish (A).

  2. Remove the knob (A).

  3. Remove the center console assembly.

    (Refer to "INTERIOR (CONSOLE) ")

  4. Disconnect connector (A).

  5. Remove the shift cable (A).

  6. Remove the shift lever assembly (A) by removing the bolts.

    Tightening torque: 

    8.8 ~ 13.7 N.m (0.9 ~ 1.4 kgf.m, 6.5 ~ 10.1 lb-ft)
