Liftgate Open Switch

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the Liftgate Trim.

    (Refer to: Body - "Liftgate Trim").

  3. Remove the Liftgate Back Panel.

    (Refer to: Body - "Liftgate Back Panel").

  4. Loosen the liftgate switch mounting screws (2EA).

  5. Remove the liftgate switch (A) after separating the license lamp wiring.
