Repair Procedures: Removal: Notes

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
Rotate the steering wheel about 90° clockwise or counter-clockwise to remove the screws and airbag module lock pins.

Separate the driver side airbag module (A) by pushing three lock pins.

Remove to remove the steering wheel remote control switch the screws.

Disconnect the steering wheel remote control switch connector (A) after loosening screws.
