Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Remove the lower crash pad.

    (Refer to CRASH PAD .)

  3. Disconnect the stop lamp switch connector (A) and loosen the stop lamp switch lock nut.

  4. Remove the stop lamp switch.
