DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor idle speed
  1. Intake system for blockage
Enable Conditions
  • Vehicle speed = 0
  • Coolant temperature is higher than 122°F (50°C)
  • Intake air temperature is higher than 13.1°F (-10.5°C)
  • Accel. Pedal = 0%
Threshold Value
  • Desired engine speed is over 100 RPM greater than actual engine speed or Actual Idle torque is 10 N.m higher than Idle torque
Diagnostic Time
  • 8 seconds
Mil On Condition
  • 2 driving cycle
