SD CARD EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

DESCRIPTION
This bulletin describes the SD Card exchange/replacement procedure related to error messages that may be displayed on the Navigation screen.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Not covered under warranty.
Navigation or SD Card replacements for the incorrect handling of delivered parts are not covered under warranty. In all mismatch cases MapNSoft can assist with identification of the correct matching SD Card and in most cases complete a replacement through a direct exchange program.

EXCHANGE OF MISMATCHING SD CARD
- After contacting MapNSoft, they will try to identify and communicate the following;
- If you have a valid SD Card that you have tried and it will not work MapNSoft will exchange this SD Card for another card.
To exchange the SD Card, provide MapNSoft with the following information.
Dealer Code
Shipping Address
Name of Service Mgr. or recipient VIN
S/W version from the Navigation Unit
NOTE: Enclosed in the delivery will be a return label for the old SD Card.
Exchanged SD Card will be delivered in approximately 2 days.
REPLACEMENT OF MISPLACED SD CARD
- In cases where the SD Card is missing from the vehicle, or has been lost.NOTE: The dealership has the option to purchase a new SD Card through the normal Hyundai parts order process or purchase a map update through MapNSoft directly.
