Repair Procedures: Removal

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
After loosening the mounting screws, then remove the liftgate side trim (A).
Refer to TAIL GATE TRIM .

Remove the anti-pinch strip sensor connector.
Remove the anti-pinch strip (A) after removing the clips (5EA).
