Self Diagnosis in ESC system
1. Connect scantool to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. IG "ON".
3. Check whether there is DTC in ESC system.
4. Does the GDS show any DTC?
  YES
  - Repair ESC system according to DTC diagnostic guide of ESC system.
  NO
  - Substitute with a known - good SCC and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace SCC and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
