Dual Clutch Assembly: Removal

  1. Remove the DCT assembly in the vehicle.

    (Refer to Dual Clutch Transmission System - "DUAL CLUTCH TRANSMISSION (DCT) ")

  2. Remove the retainer ring (A).

  3. Remove the hub (A).

  4. Remove the snap ring (A).

  5. Install the special service tool (09430-2A240) on the dual clutch assembly.

  6. Install the special service tool (09430-2A240) (B) on the special service tool (09430-2A240) (A).

  7. Install the holder (D) inside the special service tool (09430-2A240).

  8. Remove the dual clutch assembly (A) by rotating the shaft (B) of special service tool (09430-2A240) to the clockwise.
