General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal monitoring
  1. Open or short in the pressure sensor circuit
  2. Faulty pressure sensor (HECU)
Threshold valve
  • when the output signal of the pressure sensor is out of the normal range (0.2 ~ 4.8 V)
Fail-Safe
  • The ESC function is inhibited.
  • The ESC warning lamp is activated.
