General Information: DTC Detecting Condition

DTC DETECTING CONDITION AND POSSIBLE CAUSE

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal monitoring
  • Calibration not completed
  • Faulty steering angle sensor
  • Faulty HECU
Enable Conditions
  • when the calibration of the steering angle sensor has not completed
Fail Safe
  • Inhibit the ESC/DBC control and allow the ABS/EBD control.
  • The ESC/DBC warning lamp is activated.
