Control Circuit Inspection

Check voltage
1. IG "OFF" and disconnect fuel pump relay connector.
2. IG "ON".
3. Measure voltage between fuel pump relay control terminal of Fuel pump relay harness and chassis ground.
  Specification: Approx. 3.5V

4. Is the measured voltage within specification?
  YES
  - Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
  NO
  - Repair or repalce as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
