Repair procedures: Removal

Disconnect AFS (A) and breather hose (B).
Remove air cleaner upper cover (D) and intake hose (C).

Disconnect RH oxygen sensor connector (A).

Disconnect RH injector connector (A) and ignition coil connector (B).

Disconnect PCSV connector (A), MAP sensor connector (B) and PCSV hose.

Disconnect ETC connector (A) and knock sensor connector (B).

Disconnect water hoses (B) from ETC.
Disconnect PCV (C) hose.

Disconnect brake vacuum hose.
Remove surge tank stay (A).

Remove connector bracket (A) from surge tank.

Disconnect breather Pipe assembly (A).

Disconnect LH injector connector.
Remove intake manifold (A) and gasket.
