DTC P0441 EVAP. Emission System Incorrect Purge Flow: DTC Detecting Condition

DTC P0441 DETECTING CONDITION TABLE

  • Monitoring Fuel Tank Pressure & pressure difference after shut off valve closed
  • Leakage on hose to PCSV
  • Defective PCSV
Case 2)
  • Monitoring Fuel Tank Pressure during Vapor Generation check
Enable Conditions
  • Coolant temperature >74°C (165°F)
  • Ambient air temperature model >-10°C (14°F)
  • Vehicle speed < 10km/h (6mph)
  • Time after start > 590 sec. Limited Canister saturation
  • Limited Canister saturation
  • Estimated altitude < 2.4km (8000ft)
  • Canister load < 1
  • Minimum canister purge time: 3~25sec.
  • 11V < Battery voltage < 16V
Threshold Value Case 1)
  • Differential fuel tank Pressure < -1700 Pa and Pressure difference after shut off valve closed > 200 Pa
Case 2)
  • Differential fuel tank Pressure < -200 Pa
Diagnostic Time
  • 0,5 sec.
