DTC C1612: Can Time-Out TCU: DTC Detecting Condition

DTC DETECTING CONDITION

DTC No Condition Possible Cause
C1612
  1. In case that TCU message was not received for more than 500ms within normal voltage condition.
  2. The monitoring starts 2000 ms after power up.
  • Open/short in CAN bus circuit
  • Faulty CAN bus
  • Faulty TCU
  • Faulty HECU
