Transmission Control Module (TCM): Installation

Check the condition of the connector pin of the A/T (foreign material, bent pins, broken pins etc.) and "O" ring after the TCU is removed.
Be sure to match the position of the TCU marking.
CAUTION: Do not turn more than 60 degrees from the marking.

Install the TCU (A) with the 3 bolts.
TORQUE : 20-30 Nm (2.0-3.0 kgf.m, 14.5-21.7 lb-ft)

Bolt size (8) : M8x1.25x20mm

NOTE: Make sure the correct positions of the TCU and wire.

Install the shift cable (A), the manual lever (B), and the connector (C).

Install the air cleaner assembly.
Connect the (-) terminal to the battery.
Perform N position learning, (refer to 'HOW TO PERFORM N POSITION LEARNING ')
Perform initial learning, (refer to Troubleshooting's 'HOW TO PERFORM INITIAL LEARNING ')
