Outside Handle Replacement

  1. Remove the tailgate trim (See TAILGATE TRIM REPLACEMENT ).
  2. Disconnect the outside handle rod (A) and latch rod (B).
  3. Loosen the inside handle (C) mounting bolts.

  4. Installation is the reverse of removal.
    NOTE: Make sure the tailgate glass opens properly and locks securely.
