DTC P0125 Insufficient Coolant Temperature For Closed Loop Fuel Control: DTC Detecting Condition

DTC DETECTING CONDITION

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitors the time it takes for the coolant temperature to reach the closed loop temperature.
  • Poor connection
  • Improper coolant level
  • Malfunctioning Cooling System
  • Faulty ECTS
Enable Conditions
  • No disabling faults present
  • Coolant sensor within range
  • Startup coolant temperature ≥ 10°C)( 50 °F)
  • Startup coolant temperature saved
  • Engine running
Threshold value
  • Time which the coolant temperature is under the closed loop temperature exceeds the allowed thershold.
Diagnosis Time
  • Continuous
MIL On Condition
  • 2 Driving Cycles
