Charging System: Generator: Disassembly

Remove the generator cover(A) using a screw driver(B).

Loosen the mounting bolts(A) and disconnect the brush holder assembly(B).

Remove the slip ring guide(A).

Remove the nut, pulley and spacer.

Loosen the 4 through bolts(A).

Disconnect the rotor(A), front cover(B), and rear cover(C).

Reassembly is the reverse of disassembly.
