Sun Roof: Reassembly

Install the spring base.

Install the deflector assembly. After installing the clip, install the link base stopper.

Insert the shutting into the rail.

CAUTION: Do not confuse the left and right sides.
Install the cable to the guide assembly.

Move the timing front edge to be aligned with the slide of the guide assembly.
Align the protrusion of the slide with the groove of the shutting.

Grab the pin by finger to avoid interference with other parts.

Face the protrusion of "shoe A" upward, the cushion of "shoe B" downward.

Fully insert the guide assembly into the rail.

Completely push the slide until it touches the timing front using a screw driver.

Insert the motor cable into the drive unit assembly tube.

Install the drive unit assembly to the rail.

Install the sun shade.

Install the sun shade cam to the groove of the sun-roof rail.

Install the front drip.
Install the motor and controller, and connect the connector.
