Engine Hesitates/Poor Acceleration Overcharge

Check the following:

• Drive belt loose or worn. Adjust tension or replace drive belt.
• Wiring connection loose or open circuit. Tighten loose connection or repair wiring.
• Fusible link blown. Replace fusible link.
• Poor grounding. Repair as necessary.
• Electronic voltage regulator or generator faulty. Test generator. If faulty, repair or replace.
• Faulty battery. Replace battery.
• Electronic voltage regulator faulty. Replace voltage regulator.
• Voltage sensing wire faulty. Repair wire.
